Elysium Core

Elysium Core is not an application that end users interact with directly. It is the architectural foundation that every other component in the ecosystem builds on.

What Core provides

At its most fundamental level, Core solves the organizational coordination problem. In any enterprise with multiple systems, the hardest challenge is not individual system capability — it is coherence between them. Who has access to what? How does one system know about the state of another? How do different parts of an organization share context without sharing data they should not?

Core answers these questions for the entire Elysium ecosystem.

Identity and access

Every person, agent, service and organization in the ecosystem has a unified identity managed through Core. Access decisions flow from a consistent model rather than being replicated independently in each vertical or component.

Multi-tenancy and isolation

Elysium is designed for organizations that may have multiple locations, multiple business units, or who operate Elysium in an environment with other organizations. Core provides the isolation model that keeps each organization’s data and workflows separate while allowing controlled sharing where appropriate.

Configuration and governance

The way each vertical and component behaves — what is automated, who gets notified, how exceptions are handled — is configured through Core’s governance layer. This creates a single place to manage operating policy rather than configuring each system independently.

The role of Core in the ecosystem architecture

Every component in the Elysium ecosystem — MOTAI, OBI, ECOE, Elysium Meet, Nexus — depends on Core for identity, configuration and coordination. This is what makes Elysium a true ecosystem rather than a collection of independent tools.
