Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to WCAG 2.2 AA and how to report a barrier.

In plain language. We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use this website. We build to the international WCAG 2.2 Level AA standard. We have not yet completed an independent audit, so we describe the site as partially conformant and are open about the gaps we know of. If something is hard to use, tell us at accessibility@elysiumecosystem.com and we will help you and fix it.

1. Our commitment

Elysium Innovative Labs LLC, operating as Elysium Ecosystem (“Elysium”, “we”, “us”), is committed to making elysiumecosystem.com (the “Website”) usable by the widest possible audience, including people who use screen readers, magnification, speech recognition, switch devices or keyboards only, people with low vision, color-vision deficiency, hearing loss, cognitive or learning differences, or motor impairments, and people who are temporarily limited by injury, environment or device. Accessibility is part of how we design, build and review the Website, not an afterthought.

2. Standards we follow

We aim for the Website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and adopted as international standard ISO/IEC 40500:2025. WCAG 2.2 includes and extends WCAG 2.1, which is the technical standard referenced by many laws, so meeting it also supports the accessibility expectations that apply in many places, including:

  • the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and EN 301 549, the European standard that incorporates WCAG for web content;
  • the Americans with Disabilities Act in the United States, and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, whose technical requirements are aligned with WCAG;
  • the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and the Accessible Canada Act;
  • the UK Equality Act 2010; and
  • comparable national laws elsewhere, such as Brazil’s Lei Brasileira de Inclusão (Law 13,146/2015).

Which of these laws applies to a particular organization or service depends on facts we do not assume here. We work to the highest common standard, WCAG 2.2 AA, so that the Website remains accessible however the requirements develop.

3. Conformance status

The W3C defines three levels of conformance: fully conformant, partially conformant and non-conformant. Fully conformant means the content meets the standard without exceptions. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully meet it.

The Website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We build to that standard, but we have not yet completed an independent third-party audit, and we do not claim full conformance until we have. When we complete an audit, we will publish its date and scope on this page.

4. What we do

The Website is built on the following practices:

  • Structure and semantics. Semantic HTML5 landmarks and headings that follow a logical order; one primary heading per page; lists and tables marked up as such; a declared language for each page, and for passages in a different language.
  • Keyboard and focus. All interactive elements can be operated with a keyboard, in a logical tab order, with clearly visible focus indicators. A “Skip to main content” link is the first focusable element on every page.
  • Names, roles and states. Links, buttons and controls have meaningful accessible names; WAI-ARIA is used only where native HTML is not enough, for example to indicate the current page and expandable menus.
  • Forms. Every form field has a programmatically associated visible label; required fields are indicated in text and by attribute; error messages are specific, linked to their fields, and announced to assistive technology; the form does not depend on color alone.
  • Color, contrast and text. We use color palettes designed for legibility, do not use color as the only means of conveying information, and design for browser zoom and text resizing up to 200 percent without loss of content or function.
  • Responsive layout. Layouts are designed to reflow to narrow screens without two-dimensional scrolling for ordinary text.
  • Motion. Animations and scroll effects are subtle, do not flash, and are switched off when your device is set to “reduce motion”.
  • Images and media. Meaningful images have text alternatives, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Progressive enhancement. The core content is available without JavaScript; scripts improve, rather than gate, the experience.

Our approach to evaluation combines automated checks, manual keyboard-only testing and screen-reader checks during development. We intend to commission periodic independent audits and to review this statement at least once a year and after any major redesign.

5. Known limitations

We are open about the following limitations, and we are working to remove them:

  • Legal documents are translated for convenience. Our legal documents (Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Cookie Policy, Messaging Terms, Email Policy, Health Information Notice and this statement) are available in each language of the Website, but the English versions are the controlling originals and a translation may lag behind after an update. Each text is marked with its correct language attribute so that screen readers pronounce it properly.
  • Color contrast. The contrast of some secondary text, such as captions and form hints, is being reviewed against the 4.5:1 minimum required by WCAG 2.2 Success Criterion 1.4.3.
  • Third-party content. Fonts and infrastructure supplied by third parties are outside our direct control. If we add embedded third-party content, we will check it and note any limitations here.
  • Interactions we may not yet have identified. New pages and features may not have been reviewed in every browser and assistive-technology combination.

6. Compatibility

The Website is designed to work with current versions of the major browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari) on desktop and mobile, and with widely used assistive technologies such as NVDA, JAWS and Narrator on Windows, VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, and TalkBack on Android, as well as with browser zoom, high-contrast modes, operating-system text scaling and speech-recognition software. The Website relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WAI-ARIA.

If you find that a particular combination of browser and assistive technology does not work, please tell us which one you are using so that we can reproduce and fix the problem.

7. Feedback and how to request help

We welcome your feedback about the accessibility of the Website. If you find a barrier, or you need information or a service in an alternative format (for example, plain text, large print, a summary read aloud by telephone or a conversation by video, chat or email), contact us:

Please tell us: the address (URL) of the page, what you were trying to do, what happened, and the browser and assistive technology you were using. You do not need to disclose a disability or a diagnosis.

Our response time. We aim to reply within five business days. If we are able to fix the issue, we will tell you when. If we cannot make a page accessible quickly, we will give you the information or service you need through another route, so that you are not left without access in the meantime.

8. Formal complaints and enforcement

We want to resolve any accessibility concern directly, and we will listen. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to contact the authority responsible for accessibility or consumer protection where you live. For example:

  • European Union: the national enforcement or market-surveillance authority in your Member State, which you can identify through your country’s government website.
  • United Kingdom: the Equality Advisory and Support Service or the Equality and Human Rights Commission.
  • United States: the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division (ADA.gov), or your state civil-rights agency.
  • Canada: the Canadian Human Rights Commission or the accessibility authority of your province or territory.

This section is provided for information and does not admit that any specific law applies to us.

9. Accessibility of the Elysium Services

This statement covers the Website. The Elysium platform and solutions are provided to organizations under separate agreements. If your organization needs accessibility information about the Services, for example for procurement or a conformance report such as an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR/VPAT), write to accessibility@elysiumecosystem.com and we will share what is available.

10. Statement details

This statement was prepared on September 19, 2026 through our own evaluation and will be reviewed at least annually and after major changes to the Website. It follows the structure recommended by the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative and, for readers in the European Union, the model accessibility statement in Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523.
